1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using xreelio ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Operator: xreelio is the operator and provider of the Service. xreelio is not a payment processor, financial institution, or regulatory entity. Users participate in the platform voluntarily. Any earnings, tips, or rewards on xreelio are facilitated by xreelio in its capacity as the platform operator.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on xreelio for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on xreelio
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

By uploading, posting, or displaying content on xreelio, you grant xreelio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for operating and promoting the Service.

You retain all intellectual property rights to your original content. You warrant that you own or have permission to use all content you post and that such content does not infringe upon any third party's rights.

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not post content that:

• Contains violence, gore, or graphic depictions of harm
• Promotes hate, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics
• Contains misinformation or disinformation intended to deceive
• Promotes illegal activity or self-harm
• Infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or malicious code
• Exploits or endangers minors in any way

5. User Conduct

You agree to use xreelio solely for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of xreelio. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassment, bullying, or threatening other users
• Impersonating other users or entities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfering with the Service's operation or security
• Participating in payment fraud or unauthorized transactions

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments on xreelio are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize xreelio and Stripe to charge your payment method.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime from the creator's profile or your account settings
• Refunds are subject to xreelio's Refund Policy
• xreelio is not responsible for payment disputes; contact your payment provider

Refund Policy: Digital items (coins, subscriptions, challenge fees) are generally non-refundable as they are consumable goods. Refunds may be granted in cases of fraudulent charges or technical failures at xreelio's sole discretion. Subscription refunds are limited to within 48 hours of initial purchase. Chargebacks will result in account suspension.

In-App Purchases (iOS & Android): When using the xreelio app on iOS or Android, certain purchases (including Pro subscriptions) may be processed through Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. In such cases, subscription management and cancellation is handled through your device's App Store account settings.

7. Challenge Participation

By submitting content to challenges, you agree to:

• Grant xreelio the right to feature your submission on the platform
• Abide by all challenge-specific rules and guidelines
• Accept that xreelio decisions regarding winners are final
• Allow your content to be shared publicly unless the challenge is private

8. Limitation of Liability

xreelio provides the Service "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, xreelio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall xreelio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless xreelio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

11. Termination

xreelio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Illegal activity
• Repeated abuse or harassment
• Payment fraud or chargebacks

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your content may be removed at xreelio's sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

xreelio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
